Harvey L. Kaminski is an attorney who was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 1977. Until 1982, Mr. Kaminski practiced law in the private sector specializing in bankruptcy and commercial law. Thereafter he became Vice President and Counsel to Armco Commercial, a nationwide asset based lender.

Mr. Kaminski remains active in the Commercial Finance Association, the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, the Financemens Club, and the Independent Finance Association.
