Stuart Rosenthal is the President of Prestige Capital. With more than 30 years in the commercial finance industry, Stuart is responsible for leading and developing the marketing and sales efforts of Prestige Capital. Before joining Prestige Capital, he served as Vice President and Sales Manager for CIT Credit Finance. Stuart began his career with Arthur Anderson. He is a board member of the International Factoring Association, founding board member of the International Factoring Association’s Northeast Chapter and a former board member of the Turnaround Management Association’s New Jersey Chapter. Stuart is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association, Garden State Credit Association and Commercial Finance League, in addition to several other industry associations. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University.

Alan Eliasof, CPA, is Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Capital. Alan is responsible for the finance, operations and credit functions of Prestige Capital. Before joining the company, he held senior executive finance and accounting positions with private companies and public accounting firms. Alan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
Rachel Hersh is on a mission to shift how we talk about accessing growth capital. With 24 years of financing experience, she is one of few industry professionals using creativity to solve the issue of cash flow.
Rachel’s unique storytelling approach uses real life examples to simplify invoice financing – a little known form of financing that allows companies to grow and scale rapidly without giving up or diluting equity. Her dynamic personality captivates her audience and leaves them with actionable steps for success.
Rachel’s warm and approachable style has led to speaking engagements with organizations across the country including LaunchPad Long Island, FoodTech FastTrack, New York New Jersey Minority Supplier Development, and various law firm and accounting firms for their continuing professional education credits. She has taught classes at Daymond John Academy, Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), LaGuardia Community College and others. Her work has been featured in FORBES, CRAIN’S, SECURED FINANCE NETWORK, and RAINE MAGAZINE. She has been interviewed on the BBC, 77WABC, WOLB1010am, THISISIT TV, FOX BALTIMORE, and more.
Rachel has become the go-to speaker and mentor for Consumer Packaged Good (CPG) associations. She has participated in webinars for members of Dandi Day – A Conscious Beauty Community, and Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and will be speaking at Naturally Network in Spring 2023.
Rachel makes it her business to support the growth and development of women-owned businesses and share the benefits of invoice financing with anyone who hasn’t heard about it.

Umberto comes to Prestige Capital with over 10 years of experience selling credit solutions to businesses. Prior to Prestige Capital, Umberto was at Coface North America where he managed a region of agents in 14 states and secured business of $500K+ annually. Earlier, he spent time working in the hospitality industry where he had a chance to utilize his management skills and his dynamic personality. His roles included: Operations Manager for Bruchetta Wine Bar, General Manager for DiPasqual’s Foodsi, and Merchandizing Specialist for Republic National Distributing Company.
Christopher Foss, an experienced business development and operations professional, is the Direct Sales Manager for Prestige Capital. He brings solid factoring expertise as well as a unique perspective to his role. Previously, he founded and led Foss-Man Distributors, a video distribution company where he was a Prestige Capital customer. He liked working with Prestige Capital so much, he has now joined the team to help other businesses grow. Prior to joining Prestige Capital, he was the Operations Manager for Engineered Communications where he led a team of sales professionals; and was responsible for business development at Selection Video Distributors. He is an active community volunteer and earned his B.S. in psychology from State University of New York at New Paltz.
Mr. Simshauser has been involved in direct lending to middle-market companies throughout the Northeast US for the last 23 years. With his commercial finance career beginning at an NYSE-listed finance company in FINOVA Capital, he has originated, structured, and developed financing opportunities across the country for multiple financing groups of this company. Since then, with FINOVA Capital, Mark has built and managed commercial loan portfolios for both national and regional banks and “non-bank” independent finance companies driving loan portfolio growth and institutional profitability. Mr Simshauser’s keen skill in financing growth and restructuring events in corporate America has provided him the opportunity to sit on executive boards of NY State development companies, commercial finance associations, regional turnaround chapters, and specialty lending platforms, adding his expertise in both collateral and balance sheet financing specialties. Mark excels in balance sheet analysis, corporate restructuring, turnaround situations, and corporate growth initiatives requiring detail to working capital liquidity improvement(s) and building shareholder value(s).
Mark earned his BS in Business – Communications from Fredonia State University, and his Master of Science in Economics from The SC Johnson College of Business – Cornell University and resides on the south shore of Long Island, NY with his wife, son, and daughter.
